Position Overview:
We are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join us. Your goal will be to hire candidates who have successfully completed a probationary period of 3 months. Candidates from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- Attracting candidates for MID to EXEC Level positions
- Crafting effective candidate profiles
- Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines
- Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel
- Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care
- Meeting vacancy closure deadlines
- Initiating search processes promptly
- Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion

Required Skills:
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles
- Fluent English (C1 - C2)
- Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
- Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
- Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
