The Opportunity:
We are expanding and seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our growth and work within a flexible, remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Plan and execute effective advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Website and social media analysis and optimization to enhance conversion rates and overall efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, adapting strategies as needed.
- Explore and test new traffic channels, products, and markets to expand our reach.
- Collaborate with our team and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within similar industries (event management, concierge services, or related fields).
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA, GTM, Hotjar, WordPress, etc.
- Proven track record of social media management and audience growth.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and attention to detail.
- High level of responsibility and a proactive approach.
- Above-average English proficiency; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Previous experience and success in the UAE, KSA, or Asian markets will be considered an advantage.
